2020 Highlights from Potter’s Wheel Youth Center

The Potter’s Wheel Youth Center had a great 2019-2020 school year.  Although the Corona virus stopped meetings, the Potters’ Wheel Youth Center had a strong year.  We had  95 students participate in cycling, chess, and a new activity time for 4-8th grade.

Our 4-8th grade after school activity time was  a new option for this past year.  The kids came after school and played games such as volleyball, board games, hang out time, and guided games by instructors. During the activity time, the students had an intentional character teaching time. Our afternoon time was a no phone zone for the kids.

PWYC is looking forward to the new school year and hopes we can provide some new activities for the kids.  Zaher Haddad is the Potter’s Wheel Youth Center Coordinator.
